Job Descriptions for Sales Management and Logistic :
- Responsible for sales process activities to create the sales order, deliveries, and shipment for delivery from our warehouse to customer’s warehouse using SAP system.
- Ensure the Sales and Inventory process runs in accordance with SOP
- Create the weekly, monthly and yearly reporting for sales activities
- Monitoring product reliability and handling customer complaints
- Create monthly billing and Faktur Pajak
- Responsible to do Good Receive (GR) materials and having monthly closing for inventory process
- Conduct periodic visits to customers for sales activities (monitoring product quality and meetings)
- Having at least some knowledge of the steel industry is preferred
Job Requirements for Sales Management and Logistic :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree, Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with age max. 32 years old
- Have experience to work in Sales and Inventory administration
- Have experience and understanding SAP program
- Can Work Individual and team
- Able to operate computer with MS. Program (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc)
- English skill is a must
