Requirements:
- Minimal education D3
- Must own a personal motorcycle (SIM C)
- Must be willing to conduct assigned merchant visits in the Kepanjen–Turen or Bangil–Pasuruan Kota area — #candidates domiciled in either those area are preferred
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales, merchant engagement, customer service
- Understand objections, and handle rejection professionally
- Strong administrative skills
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, food delivery, or digital platform sectors-
- Ability to communicate in Javanese (passive or active
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in reporting using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM tools or field visit tracking applications
Job Description:
- Conduct daily face-to-face merchant visits to pitch campaign. Achieve a minimum target of 8 productive meetings (with merchant owners/managers) per day,
- Merchant Objection Handling / Uncover the underlying reasons behind a merchant's decision to reject or opt out of campaigns.
- Competitive Intelligence / During field visits, gather competitive market intelligence including:
- Documentation and Reporting
- Process Improvement : Identify recurring field obstacles and propose improvements to pitching strategies or campaign workflows to the Partner Ops Lead.
