What you will do:
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to grow market opportunities and strengthen customer acquisition.
- Monitor prospects, sales pipelines, follow-up activities, and closing performance.
- Expand market opportunities through canvassing, referrals, communities, partnership, and direct customer approaches.
- Provide coaching, direction, and performance evaluation to help the sales team grow and improve.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, potential customers, communities, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from customer acquisition to installation.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for performance evaluation and stategy improvement.
- Represent BNET with integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-oriented mindset in every sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Leader in sales, account executive, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work with sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the Karawang area and its surroundings is a plus.
- Experience in ISP, telecommunications, subscription-based service or direct sales is a plus.
