Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in any major; preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Experience in project sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or similar industries such as MEP, mechanical & electrical, or building contractors.
- Must have proven experience leading and managing a sales team, including monitoring team performance and driving sales results.
- Strongly target-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Experienced in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
- Familiar with project-based sales processes, including lead generation, project pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Able to monitor sales performance, evaluate team achievements, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (PT Aditama Jasa Bahana - Asaba Group)
