Job Desc :
- Managing sales through the development of a business plan, set individual and team sales target, overseeing sales, activity and the team performance.
Requirements :
- 3 years experience in travel agents and customer groups
- Well organized and detail oriented to sucessfully manage travel plans and schedules
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Understand travel market and consumer behavior
- Have creative problem solving abilities to fix potential travel and scheduling issues
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check in with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Excellent in leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
