ROLE OVERVIEW:

Trade Intelligence Global is seeking a Sales Leader with strong leadership and management capabilities to effectively lead the Sales team in executing lead generation campaigns and driving revenue growth. This role plays a key part in developing sales strategies, optimizing workflows, training team members, and enhancing overall team performance. In addition, the Sales Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions aligned with the company’s growth objectives and long-term development strategy.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales team to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-quality talent to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Strategy Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure outbound activities align with the company’s overall objectives.

Process Optimization

  • Design and optimize cold-calling scripts, cold email campaigns, sales workflows, and sales tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement technology solutions such as CRM systems to optimize team operations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for handling customer issues and complex negotiations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, enterprise client management, and key account management, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and account development.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead sales teams in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, execute account development plans, and optimize sales performance.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, with the ability to guide and train team members in using them effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and fast-paced environment while collaborating with global teams and partners.
