Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Lead PT Global Inovasi Ventura
- Responsible for strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Developing sales team workflow and sales administrative process
- Estimating sales volume, developing sales target and determine market area
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees
- Manage and structure incentive program to motivate sales team to hit targets
- Monitoring and leading sales and make sure the daily tasks including closing sales targets are completely achieved
- Involved directly with his/her sales team in sales process including direct sales and close deals
- Cultivating lasting relationships with Clients and understanding their business needs and goals
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related area
- Experience in Software development or IT industry is a must
- Experiene as Sales Manager at least 3 - 5 years
- Proven ability to set a sales strategy and achieved sales targets
- Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
- Active listener and effective communicator
- English verbal and written is a must
