Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial, e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or merchandising.
- 1 - 2 years of experience leading a team or function with measurable business ownership.
- Strong in e-commerce economics, sales analytics, commercial planning, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing promotions, commercial ads, and channel performance across marketplace, website, and offline retail.
- Analytical mindset: able to break down sales performance into channel, product, and customer drivers.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain data-driven decisions simply and clearly.
- Fashion/apparel experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own total sales performance and explain variance against target across all channels (marketplace, website, offline retail, CRM, B2B).
- Lead weekly sales performance reviews and identify key drivers behind results.
- Manage the channel portfolio, deciding product placement and priority by channel based on data.
- Own promotion logic, budget guardrails, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee commercial advertising direction and ensure decisions are evidence-based and traceable.
- Provide accurate demand signals to PPIC for supply planning.
- Lead and develop a Sales SPV and channel owners team.
