  • Minimum Bacheloor Degree
  • Must own a motorcycle and have a valid Class C driver’s license.
  • Physical Condition : Physically fit, as the job involves frequent outdoor travel.
  • Communication : Able to explain products to prospective buyers in a friendly, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Negotiation : Skilled at convincing buyers and responding to complaints calmly.
  • Resilience : Does not give up easily when rejected by buyers.

Jobdesk and Responsibility

  • Finding New Prospects : Going door-to-door, visiting stores, or visiting public areas to find potential customers (Pergudangan)
  • Area Mapping : Exploring specific areas targeted by the company to assess market potential.
  • Product Presentation : Explaining the features, functions, and benefits of a product or service directly to customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Offering prices or promotions and convincing customers to make a purchase.
  • Serving Customers : Helping customers fill out forms, taking orders, or explaining how to use products.
  • Preparing Reports : Recording daily visitor counts, sales figures, and on-site challenges to report to supervisors.
