Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
* Conduct regular field visits and canvassing to retail stores, distributors, and potential clients in Bandung area.
* Promote and sell personal care products to achieve sales targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Prepare sales reports and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in personal care, FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented and proactive in acquiring new customers.
* Familiar with the Bandung market and surrounding areas.
* Own vehicle and willing to travel for customer visits.
