Requirements:
- D3 from any major
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing (telco)
- Possesses a motorcycle to facilitate mobility and field activities
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven track record
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi or Tangerang for the initial assignment.
- Open to being rotated or relocated to other areas after 3 months, depending on the company's acquisition and expansion needs.
- A background in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry or experience with apps selling virtual products (e.g., phone credit/Pulsa, PPOB) is highly preferred.
Job Description:
- Visit Kios Agent 10 success per day
- Acquire new Kios Agent with specific criteria with 5 success per day
- Maintain and Responsible to increase Kios Agent performance
- Install branding (POSM) as per assignment from Manager
- Educate Kios Agent for Special Project
- Placement in Jabodetabek (willing to be relocated regularly to all Jabodetabek site area)
