Job description for Sales Intern at Sensetime International
As the Sales Intern, you will work with various departments for the document approval process, manage purchase orders, support customers' meetings and visits and be involved in the daily operations of the Sales team. Opportunities within the organisation are available based on overall performance.
Job Description:
- Manage Purchase Orders in the online system with accuracy and timeliness
- Purchase Order coordination and communication with customers and Sales
- Coordinate shipment and delivery of orders to the customer
- Work with Bizops, Legal and Finance teams for all sales-related document approval processes
- Document Management
- Coordinate and support customers’ meetings and visits
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the Sales Team
- Opportunities within the organisation are available based on overall performance
Requirements:
- Current Undergraduate in local tertiary institutes
- Proficient with MS Office
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good customer care and communication skills
- Able to multitask, work independently
Timeline:
- Rolling intake basis
- At least 3 months Attachment Programme preferred
