Job Description
- Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential customers.
- Assist in maintaining customer database and updating sales records.
- Help prepare sales quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers under the guidance of the Sales team.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company activities to gain practical experience.
- Learn and understand the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales operations and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Business, or related fields is preferred).
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Having a positive attitude, high motivation, and eagerness to develop professional skills.
