Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales In House Pt Cipta Harmoni Lestari

Tanggungjawab :

1. Melakukan lead generation melalui online, media sosial, call, dan kunjungan langsung.

2. Mengelola database prospek dan melakukan follow-up secara terstruktur.

3. Memberikan presentasi produk yang jelas & profesional, termasuk spesifikasi bangunan, skema pembayaran, dan legalitas.

4. Menyusun penawaran, melakukan negosiasi, dan memastikan proses closing berjalan lancar.

5. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan serta menangani feedback dan komplain.

6. Mendukung proses administrasi hingga transaksi selesai.

7. Melakukan riset pasar & memantau kompetitor untuk menemukan peluang penjualan.

8. Mengupdate pipeline penjualan dan membuat laporan aktivitas secara rutin.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 atau setara

2. Berpenampilan menarik, komunikatif, dan percaya diri

3. Berorientasi pada target & mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

4. Pengalaman sebagai sales property (developer/agent)
