Job Description:
* Conduct active door-to-door visits to prospective clients
* Plan daily visit routes based on target regions and industry segments
* Present the company's services to prospective clients
* Prepare price quotations and service proposals tailored to client needs
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service through to deal closing
* Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on potential
* Produce periodic market trend analysis based on field findings
* Prepare daily visit reports.
Job Requirement
* Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably from Management, Accounting, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field).
* 1–3 years of experience in field sales / canvassing
* Experience in logistics, transportation, cold chain, or FMCG industries is a plus
* Understanding of basic logistics business concepts: land freight, trucking, cold chain management
* Able to negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
* Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to decision makers
* Willing to work full-time in the field
* Placement: Jakarta & Bali.
