A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue and occupancy targets.
Conduct sales activities for corporate, government, travel agents, OTA, groups, and events.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and rate negotiations.
Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with corporate accounts and travel agents.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue Management to ensure room availability and pricing accuracy.
Execute marketing and promotional activities both online and offline.
Manage and optimize sales performance through Online Travel Agents (OTA).
Create promotional packages, special rates, and seasonal offers.
Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market trends.
B. ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including:
Room revenue
Occupancy
Average Daily Rate (ADR)
Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned sales targets.
C. COORDINATION & COMPLIANCE
Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to support smooth operations.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintain the hotel’s brand image and professional reputation.
D. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events.
Handle client feedback or complaints related to sales matters professionally.
Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.
