Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.
• Develop pricing, proposal, and commercial strategies to increase competitiveness and protitability.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Establish sales KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement coaching and development programs to improve team capabilities.
• Manage sales commission and incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
3. Sales Operations & Forecasting
• Monitor and manage sales activities through CRM systems.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and market opportunities to optimize results.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and best practices.
4. Strategic Account Management
• Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and high-value deal closures.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation and brand positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Delivery, and Project teams to ensure successful project
execution.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management regarding business growth opportunities.
