Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group Head Sales at Beautynesia. As the Group Head Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, including sales hunting, account management, and sales management. You will also lead and manage a sales team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a creative agency, media or related industry.
- Experience in team management and sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets is a must
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the Indonesian female market and influencer communities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the creative industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from agencies and direct businesses.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Beautynesia and its services.
