Job Description
As a Front Office Staff, you will be the face of Alpha Gym Bali & Alpha Fight Club, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every member and guest enjoys an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Provide accurate information about memberships, gym classes, Alpha Fight Club programs, training schedules, promotions, and available facilities.
- Process new membership registrations, class bookings, and perform daily front desk administrative tasks.
- Promote and sell memberships, training packages, and other services based on customers' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Support sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives through both in-person interactions and digital communication channels.
Qualification
- Experienced in customer service and/or sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence in promoting sales deals
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Professional appearance, friendly & approachable personality
- Able to work in shifts
- Team player with leadership potential
- Basic computer & administrative skills
