Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales (Freight Forwarding) - Surabaya PT. Szeto Global Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in export/import/domestics transportation services
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of freight forwarding services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to superiors
Job Requirements:
- Max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal/external teams
