Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Finance & Operations Coordinator Saraga Indonesia

Kami mencari Sales Finance & Operations Coordinator untuk mengelola operasional keuangan dan sales serta beberapa aspek operasional dan administrasi.

Job Overview:

  • Monitor dan support operasional terkait finance & sales, memastikan performa team sejalan dengan target bisnis.
  • Track pembayaran merchant, membuat invoice, serta kelola AR/AP (piutang dan utang).
  • Menyiapkan dan proses laporan keuangan, jurnal, dokumen/ pelaporan pajak (eBilling/ eFilling, faktur, SPT, dll.)
  • Support administrasi, termasuk penyusunan laporan, koordinasi internal, dokumentasi/ notulen.
  • Maintain data funnel sales yang rapi, bantu breakdown target, serta pantau performa tim sales.
  • Mengelola informasi, menyusun laporan, dan follow up terkait operasional, administrasi dan finance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Finance & Revenue Operations

  • Monitor & koordinasi tim sales aktivitas sales (contoh: merchant yang dihubungi, konversi, deal closed), untuk memastikan eksekusi plan yang sesuai dengan target.
  • Memantau progress pipeline dan on boarding.
  • Track aktivitas cash flow, keuangan, dan working capital.
  • Mencatat transaksi, support perencanaan & forecasting budget.

Financial Reporting & Tax

  • Menyiapkan dan analisa laporan keuangan secara berkala (P&L, jurnal/ neraca, arus kas).
  • Membantu pengecekan/ tracking invoice (AP & AR) serta dokumentasi pajak.
  • Memproses pajak perusahaan dan mengikuti regulasi.

Accounting, Admin & Executive Support

  • Memproses dan mendokumentasikan transaksi keuangan.
  • Membantu koordinasi internal, menyusun file administrasi serta notulen meeting.
  • Support kebutuhan operasional dan komunikasi antar tim maupun eksternal.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pria/wanita, usia 24 - 35 tahun.
  • Pendidikan Minimal D3/ S1, diutamakan Manajemen/ Administrasi Bisnis/ Finance/ Komunikasi (jurusan lain tetap dipersilahkan mendaftar).
  • Terampil menggunakan Excel/ Google Sheets, Google Drive dan sistem email.
  • Pengalaman dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan, memproses jurnal, dan menangani pajak.
  • Teliti dan terstruktur, terbiasa menangani data angka dan dokumen keuangan secara rapi dan akurat.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, serta bisa mengelola banyak hal secara paralel.
  • Siap bekerja dalam lingkungan lean, dinamis, dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaan antar team.

Nice to Have / Preferred:

  • Familiar dengan tools seperti Jurnal.id, Wave, Accurate, atau lainnya.
  • Pernah menangani eBilling/ eFilling, E-Faktur, invoice tracking, dan proses AR/AP.
  • Memiliki inisiatif tinggi dan memiliki growth mindset.
  • Domisili Jakarta Barat
