Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with associates and schools to expand business opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies and activities to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Work independently or collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Prepare daily sales reports and proactively follow up with customers to ensure excellent service and engagement.
- Available to work on Saturdays until 1:00 PM as required by the operational schedule.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail and corporate sales & marketing, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and responsibility in the workplace.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues while also performing effectively in an independent work environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and business partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving individual and team sales objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident in delivering presentations and representing the organization in a professional manner.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
