Responsibilities
- Contacting leads by phone to offering products.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person.
- Provide information about products, pricing, etc.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update sales and client records.
- Conducting product demonstration to client
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from clients internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sales or related position.
- Target Oriented and Tech savvy
- Ability to understand product knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
