Job Description
• Identify, develop, and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, communities, event organizers, and potential customers.
• Promote and offer restaurant products, packages, events, and services to potential customers.
• Conduct prospecting and follow-ups while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities to drive restaurant revenue.
• Conduct client visits and on-ground sales activities as required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and achievements.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
• Previous experience in sales; experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to conduct client visits and on-ground sales activities as required.
• Placement: Jakarta or Bandung.
