Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive Beeza

Beeza is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting Beeza’s digital solutions, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales journey from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations to understand client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
  • Attend events, networking sessions, or customer visits when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, startup, or digital solutions industries.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles.
  • Existing network relevant to Beeza’s target market.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
