🔧 Key Responsibilities
Selling gas detector products (portable & fixed).
Managing B2B clients in industrial sectors (oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, power plant, etc).
Handling leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
Collaborating with sales support team to manage pricing, documentation, and process flow.
Collaborating with product support team to deliver technical solutions and ensure proposal accuracy.
Achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Familiar with e-procurement processes in the oil & gas industry.

🎯 Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or safety equipment.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
Strong understanding of project/tender-based sales processes.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, structured, and committed to results.
Willing to travel for on-site meetings or technical discussions.
Willing to be assigned to one of our focus cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, or Pekanbaru).
