Simplify is an enterprise AI company developing AI-powered solutions across HR, Legal, Document Intelligence, Analytics, Credit, Customer Experience, Healthcare, Insurance, and Enterprise Automation.

We are looking for energetic and ambitious 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 who are passionate about technology, AI, and business growth.

1. Sales Executive – Hiring & Talent

Products: SimplifyHiring, SimplifyTalentHub

Customers: CHROs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition, L&D Teams

2. Sales Executive – Legal & DocFlow

Products: SimplifyLegal, SimplifyDocFlow

Customers: Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Shared Services Teams

3. Sales Executive – Insights, Credit & Xperience

Products: SimplifyInsights, SimplifyCredit, SimplifyXperience

Customers: CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Risk and Customer Experience Leaders

4. Sales Executive – Healthcare & Insurance

Products: SimplifyHealthAI and Healthcare Automation Solutions

Customers: Hospitals, Clinics, Insurance Companies, TPAs, and BPJS Partners

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Generate leads and build relationships with enterprise customers.

- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and networking.

- Understand customer challenges and position relevant AI solutions.

- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery sessions.

- Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams.

- Support proposals, POCs, and commercial discussions.

- Maintain pipeline and sales activity reports.

- Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, Law, Healthcare, Finance, or related fields.

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, healthcare, legal, insurance, or customer-facing roles.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

- High-energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong interest in AI, enterprise software, and technology-driven transformation.
