- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners - salons, beauty clinics,
cosmetic & beauty stores.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply team to prevent stockouts or
overstocking.
- Identify and approach potential new accounts, including specialty cosmetic & beauty
stores, department stores, and high-end salons.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with new and existing partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess potential opportunities and competitor activities,
track industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and brand awareness in offline
channels.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions for retail staff and beauty advisors.
- Analyze sales data, track performance, and report insights for continuous improvement.
