We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PT Rimba Ananta Vikasa Indonesia in Jakarta. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Jakarta Barat location.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the sales process
- Regularly reporting on sales activities and achieving individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the ICT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
