ENSO Hospitality Collection is looking for a Sales Executive to develop business for our villas, hotel, and guest experiences. You will build relationships with travel partners and turn relevant opportunities into measurable business.
*Responsibilities*
- Identify and approach travel agents, DMCs, villa specialists, wedding planners, retreat organizers, and other suitable partners.
- Arrange sales calls, property visits, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals using approved rates, packages, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on inquiries and proposals, maintain partner relationships, and record each opportunity in the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with reservations and operations before confirming guest or group arrangements.
- Report partner activity, booking opportunities, room nights, and revenue generated.
*Requirements*
- Confident communicating with clients and partners in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to prospect, follow up consistently, and keep accurate sales records.
- Comfortable meeting partners in person across Bali.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, events, or B2B sales is preferred. Candidates with strong sales ability from other sectors are also welcome.
- Professional, organized, and able to represent ENSO’s guest experience accurately.
*How success will be measured*
- Approximately 20 new, relevant accounts approached per month.
- Approximately 6–8 substantive partner meetings and 4 tailored proposals per month.
- Timely follow-up and an up-to-date record of every active opportunity.
- Growth in activated partners, producing partners, room nights, and net revenue, with production targets agreed according to property readiness and available inventory.
