ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Evoscend. This full-time role will be based in Jakarta/Tangerang and will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth within the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistic industry, with a focus on the Import & Customs sub-sector. This role is ideal for a professional who understands sales processes, enjoys building relationships, and consistently achieves targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide professional pre-and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to expand business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience (exposure to the automotive or heavy equipment industry is an advantage)
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative solution
  • Established customer network across industries
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required
