Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Conduct sales visits, customer meetings, and presentations to promote the company's logistics services.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and service solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.
- Monitor customer shipment activities and provide appropriate support when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business activity updates for the Sales Manager.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Follow up on sales leads and business opportunities in a timely manner.
- Ensure achievement of individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Good understanding of Export, Import, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics processes.
- Familiar with Incoterms and international trade practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own vehicle (car/motorcycle) and valid driving license will be an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
