We are doing this by introducing a chemical-free, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution for water and wastewater treatment. Our electrical and membrane treatment systems are giving a better and more sustainable solution to the companies and communities. Imagine replacing a system that needs chemicals (read contaminants) to operate with a new system that does not! Which one will do better for our environment? What if we tell you that the latter is cost-effective too!

As Hydroleap is growing and offering solutions to more clients within the existing verticals as well as the new verticals, we are expanding our business team.
This position will provide an opportunity to sell disruptive and innovative technologies to industry verticals in Singapore. The role will require close collaboration with the business development and marketing roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
● Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
● Create regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback to share with internal teams
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● Work closely with the Business Development team to execute sales strategies and plans.
● Fulfil sales targets and objectives.
● Assist in managing and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Requirements & Qualifications
● Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated track record in sales.
● Lead prospecting and cold calling, articulate speaker with aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
● Energetic, results-driven self-starter who can see projects through the sales pipeline.
● Experience and connected with the construction industry in Singapore.
● Willing to travel within Singapore.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite.
● Proficiency in English and Mandarin
