We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate revenue through retreat sales
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Meet sales targets consistently
- Fill retreat slots and maximize occupancy
- Upsell packages and add-ons
- Follow up leads quickly and consistently
- Manage sales pipeline actively
- Support marketing to drive sales
- Build repeat and referral business
- Report sales performance regularly
Requirements :
- University Degree
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales
- Proven sales experience/background check needed with consistent target achievement
- Strong ability to convert pending leads into closed deals
- Self driven with a proactive, results oriented mindset
- Confident closer with strong follow up skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Able to work independently in a target driven environment
