Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive PT LAXCEN WINTECH KALINGGA

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in various sectors such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote RFID products and solutions to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering product support and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to RFID solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the technology, manufacturing, or RFID industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with RFID technology is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, understanding Chinese is a plus.
