Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive PT LAXCEN WINTECH KALINGGA
- Identify and engage with potential clients in various sectors such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote RFID products and solutions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering product support and exploring new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to RFID solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the technology, manufacturing, or RFID industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with RFID technology is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, understanding Chinese is a plus.
