Location: Jakarta (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role Summary

Identify and secure new B2B logistics clients, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through tailored freight forwarding and distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Source leads, conduct client presentations, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate with operational and customer support teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Market Tracking: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.

Requirements

• Experience: Background in B2B sales or business development; experience in logistics/freight forwarding preferred. (Minimum 1 Year)
• Core Skills: Deal negotiation, client relationship management, presentation, and sales strategy.
• Tools: Proficiency with office suites (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Work Style: Self-directed, target-driven, and capable of managing local client visits.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
