Position Overview:
We are looking for qualified and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team across our Gallery, Professional, and Project Sales divisions. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to business growth within the luxury building materials and interior design industry.
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end users
- Understand customer needs and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business targets
- Present and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and project specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Warehouse, Logistics, Administration, and Project teams, to ensure smooth sales operations
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
- Assist customers during gallery visits and provide product consultations when needed
- Conduct client meetings and project site visits to identify business opportunities and support ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Executive, Sales Professional, or in a similar role
- Experience selling luxury or high-end products, particularly building materials, is an advantage
- Knowledge of or interest in furniture, interior design, architecture, or building materials is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is preferred
- Own a private vehicle and possess a valid driving license
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bali
