Placement: Pondok Pinang
Day-to-day Activity:
- Introduction, promotion (regularly) abput company and product to all costumers assigned
- Costumer visit (offline and online visit regularly)
- Selling process
- Aggressive customer follow-up for every quitations and projects
- Increasing and maintaining the Quotaton success-rate
- Create an individual report and on time report to Sales Manager (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Customer Analysis
- Competitor Analysis
Minimum Requirement:
- Have proven minimum 3 years experience (in the same company and in the same positions as a sales person)
- Minimum bachelor's degree S1 (economic/business/Engineering degree is preferable)
- Good Attitude and responsible.
- Strong initiative and proactive person.
- Excellent selling skills, good probing skills, and good negotiation skills.
- Strong in follow-up and detail orientation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with excellent problem-solving capability
- Willing to do business overseas.
