As a member of our team, you'll have a direct impact on the success of Kasual. You will be taking ownership over making key decisions and taking specs from initial design to developing important apps which hundreds of customers use daily.
At Kasual, you'll be leading major feature initiatives as well as taking on smaller tasks on a daily basis. We design every aspect of Kasual including our product experience, internal tools, and our offices.
Who we are looking for:
A good and communicative person that can empatize and help our customers arraging their personal request on their product. Able to learn things quickly and turns a frustating sales chat into comforting like a day-to-day chat .

- Chats with customers and help them making their orders.
- Handling Whatsapp story to make leads on chats.
- Design and handling newsletter to make leads.

- Located around Cipete, Jakarta Selatan
- You have the ability to operate Microsoft Office fluently.
- Has an ability to learn quickly
- Can show empatize to our customer via chat
- Fast and responsive on chat
- Good interpersonal skill
