Qualifications:
- Male/Female 25- 35 Years Old
- Having Experience in International & Domestics Freight Forwarding
- Preferably specializing in Sales Forwarding, Shipping Line Sales or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in SALES Forwarding or Shipping Line
- Having foreign language skills is preferred
- Mature Energic & Creative
- Target oriented and highly motivated.
- Having effective communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Descriptions:
Customer Prospecting & Development:
Identifying new clients (prospects) through research, networking, and referrals, and reaching out to them via phone, email, or face-to-face.
Presentation & Negotiation:
Introducing and presenting products/services, listening to client needs, and negotiating prices and agreements.
Target Fulfillment:
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Market Analysis:
Conducting market research to understand trends, consumer needs, and competitors, and then using this information to inform sales strategies.
Administration & Reporting:
Creating proposals, contracts, invoices, and periodic sales reports for management.
Strategy Development:
Developing work plans and tactics to achieve sales goals and identify new business opportunity
