Deskripsi pekerjaan sales executive Pt raset integrasi teknologi

Raset sedang mencari Sales Executive untuk membantu mengembangkan pengguna Raset Smart Seller, platform SaaS untuk mengelola chat pelanggan, CRM, penjualan, POS, katalog online, inventory, dan laporan bisnis.

## Tanggung Jawab

* Mencari leads baru secara aktif melalui outreach, komunitas, referral, event, dan channel lain.

* Melakukan kualifikasi leads dan memahami kebutuhan calon customer.

* Melakukan demo produk Raset.

* Melakukan follow-up hingga closing.

* Mencapai target customer acquisition dan New MRR.

* Mencatat seluruh aktivitas sales di CRM/pipeline.

* Memberikan feedback pasar kepada tim produk dan marketing.

## Kualifikasi

* Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, POS, CRM, ERP, omnichannel, chatbot, accounting software, atau produk digital sejenis.

* Terbiasa mencari leads sendiri, bukan hanya menunggu leads dari iklan.

* Mampu melakukan demo produk dan presentasi solusi.

* Memiliki kemampuan follow-up, negosiasi, dan closing yang baik.

* Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.

* Lebih disukai pernah menjual produk ke UMKM, retail, distributor, online seller, klinik, atau bisnis jasa.
