Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive PT. Global Bintang Timur Ekspress (J&T Express Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily customer visits to identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the Jakarta area
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and visits
- Promote and sell the company’s logistics and retail solutions to prospective and existing customers
- Convert prospects into active customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and basic performance summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales programs, initiatives, and campaigns as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, especially in logistics or related industries, is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a field based role with high mobility.
- Proficient in English for basic business communication (advanced level is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polite, and professional when dealing with clients.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and ability to meet targets consistently.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driving license (preferred).
- Candidates with experience at logistics, or express delivery companies are highly preferred.
- Familiar with the Jakarta market and currently domiciled in Jakarta.
