As a Sales Executive at XPEL Indonesia, your role is not just to sell products, but to build and grow a high-value dealer network for premium surface protection solutions. You will work closely with workshop owners, automotive businesses and decision makers to introduce technologies from XPEL Inc. and translate them into profitable, long-term partnerships.
You are expected to understand how a workshop operates, how margins are built and what drives repeat business. This role requires commercial awareness, not just activity. You will identify potential partners, develop trust-based relationships and guide them from initial interest to active, consistent purchasing.
Day to day, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and after-sales follow up. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive proper product knowledge, technical support, and onboarding. Your success is measured by the quality of accounts you build, their growth over time, and your ability to create a stable revenue pipeline.
