About the Role
As a Sales Executive at CV Dapur Nusantara Indonesia, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence across both local and export markets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of sambal, coffee, and ready-to-eat products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retail distributors.
This role requires an energetic, driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for bringing authentic Indonesian flavors to a wider audience.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with HORECA clients, minimarkets, and distributors in Batam and nearby regions.
• Execute sales visits, product presentations, and tasting sessions to introduce our products to potential partners.
• Participate in bazaars, pop-ups, and marketing events to strengthen brand visibility and increase sales.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insight into customer feedback and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum High School/Vocational (SMA/SMK) education or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a passion for customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Must own a personal vehicle (motorbike or car).
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
