Wedison Indonesia is a fast-growing company operating in the automotive sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and solutions to clients across the region. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the automotive market
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on sales experience within the Automotive Industry (aftermarket, OEM, spare parts, or dealership sales preferred).
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM C) and be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Domiciled in Bali & able to join immediately
Responsibility :
- Actively search for new sales opportunities, prospect potential B2B clients, dealers, or automotive partners, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings, present company products/solutions, and deliver tailored sales proposals to prospective buyers.
- Lead negotiations on price, terms, and specifications to convert leads into active clients and close business deals.
- Maintain excellent, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to identify fresh opportunities for growth.
- Track daily/weekly sales activities and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
