Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
2. Manage the full sales process — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
4. Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
5. Gather market insights to support sales strategies and planning.
6. Keep accurate records of sales activities and performance.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within IT or digital solutions.
2. Proven record in handling enterprise platforms such as Mekari Qontak, Zoho, HubSpot, and similar systems.
3. Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and closing skills.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
5. Target-driven, resilient, and persistent in achieving results.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
7. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
