Top Duties
As Sales Executive, you are responsible to execute daily operations in the sales
department. Including planning new leads, executing leads, promotional activity, sales calls
and sales visit. You must be adept in special vehicle manufacturing business, able to think
clearly and with logic, able to perceive the fine line of customers need, able to create
opportunities and provide exceptional support and services to customers.
You will be a part of elite team, at the forefront of Nusatama Special Vehicle operations,
spearheading market penetration effort for wonderful, one-of-a-kind experience, your
patience will be tested, your wit and intelligence will be your weapon, you must be a team
player as your loyalty to your team will be rewarded to such magnitude.
Your day-to-day activities include tasks such as to executing plans from Sales Manager and
oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively, expanding business opportunities by
identifying prospects and evaluating their position within the industry while researching and
analyzing sales options. Your will be required to touch base, connect, and make meaningful
support system to customers as establishing contact and developing relationships are the
key to sell products and services.
You must be intelligent, witty, smart and focus on solutions, the industry is fast paced and
high pressure, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. Your workplace is a fun

dealerships and existing industries.
As an engineering company, you will not be required to be able to hold certain engineering
skills, but you must at least posses the necessary skills to identify, read and draft basic
engineering drawing, understand geometry, basic calculus, physics, structural analysis, and
most of all, use all those skills to help craft solutions to customers. As we mentioned earlier,
you must be smart in a fun way possible.
In a way here’s what you need to succeed in the position:
• Cultivating solid relationships with customers no matter how small, to ensure a
continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer
• Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
following sales integrity SOP.
• Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and
existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
