What You Will Do
• Develop and manage sales through multiple channels, including retail outlets/electrical stores, distributors, and project businesses (residential, commercial buildings, infrastructure, etc.)
• Identify and penetrate new markets and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, developers, consultants, and distributors
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and sales potential
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery and customer service
• Monitor project developments and maintain consistent follow-up with clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the lighting industry
• Achieve sales targets and KPI goals set by the company
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting data
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Lighting / Luminaire industry, electrical products, or building materials or construction-related industries
• Strong network and connections in electrical distributors and retail channels
• Strong understanding or high interest in the lighting and luminaire industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Good market analysis skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
• Willing to travel for business trips and field/customer visits
• Comfortable communicating in English for collaboration with LEDVANCE international teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
