Mosquito Solution is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for finding new potential clients, selling our services, maintaining client relationships, and helping handle client needs and complaints. Most of Mosquito Solution’s clients are foreigners/expatriates, so the candidate must have good English communication skills, be friendly, professional, and able to build trust with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

* Sell Mosquito Solution’s products and services to potential clients.

* Conduct canvassing to find new prospects and customer opportunities.

* Explain the company’s products and services clearly to potential clients.

* Follow up with leads and potential customers until closing.

* Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

* Handle account management, including client questions, complaints, and requests.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client needs are handled properly.

* Record sales activities, follow-ups, and client updates properly.

* Help ensure clients receive a good service experience.

* Manage work schedules and priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

* Experience in sales, customer service, or account management required.

* Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

* High attention to details.

* Friendly, confident, and has good communication skills.

* Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Able to handle client complaints calmly and professionally.

* Comfortable working with targets.

* Good time management skills.

* Proactive, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

* Willing to do canvassing and meet potential clients directly.

* Based in Bali/Denpasar surrounding area is mandatory.
