Job Purpose
To drive hygo's revenue growth in the Jakarta market by acquiring new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hygo's sales plan for the Bali market in line with company growth targets.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prospect, approach, and onboard new customers — retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers within approved commercial guidelines, escalating anything outside them.
- Ensure product availability, listing, and display/planogram compliance at assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions in the market and report findings.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations on campaigns, stock availability, and delivery.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipeline; submit weekly sales reports to the Founders.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-literate — comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and sales reports.
- Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Owns a vehicle and a valid driver's license; willing to travel daily across Jabodetabek.
